Enfold is a family owned Design and Construction company, specialising in office interiors, base building upgrades and refurbishment projects. We work with major clients across key sectors, including Government, Commercial, Industrial, Education, Financial, Health, Hospitality, Mining, Travel and Technology. Our projects range from new builds to office fit-outs as well as refurbishment and make-goods.

Established in Sydney in 2006, Enfold has since opened offices in Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth, holding building licenses for NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD & WA. Enfold are ISO accredited and are currently in the process of obtaining OFSC accreditation. Enfold also hold current Master Builders Association Membership.

One of the greatest strengths of Enfold lies in the direct involvement of all four co-founders, in their proactive approach to daily operational management as well as their technical expertise coupled with the sound industry knowledge they each contribute. With expertise in project management, Efim has delivered many high-profile projects, including fit-outs in London’s Knightsbridge 6 star residential complex and the multi-billion dollar Al Zeina Precinct in Abu Dhabi. Having travelled extensively in Europe and the Middle East, Efim sources inspiration from all over the world and has a lifelong passion for photography, history and architecture.

Honesty and integrity are key to Efim’s approach. Drawing on a wealth of industry resources, Efim invests in training so he and his team remain at the cutting edge of commercial interior design.

Inspired by a diversity of projects, Boris uses decades of experience to anticipate and overcome most construction hurdles long before they arise. It’s through his meticulous approach that Boris ensures accuracy and quality in every detail.

Boris is an early riser, waking up bright and early to take a dip at Bronte swimming pool or a cycle around Centennial Park before work.

With a career dedicated to commercial construction, Leon has built invaluable relationships with clients in a variety of industries as well as institutional clients in the property sector. Leon’s experience of dealing with clients from the conceptual stages through to close-out of projects means that he is a great source of information for clients no matter the complexity or value of the project at hand.

When he’s not consulting clients on every aspect of their project or entertaining them on the golf course, Leon enjoys keeping up to date with construction and design trends, and has lived in Europe to absorb architectural and artistic influences. Along with his wife who is an artist, Leon has an abiding passion for art and photography.

Philip Meck

Philip’s analytical nature, combined with an eye for detail that could only be developed over decades of experience in the industry are all attributes that assist him in ensuring Enfold’s systems and processes are maintained to the highest of standards. Philip is responsible for financial auditing both on a project and company level.

His spare time is filled with sailing and playing tennis with his sons.

With over 20 years’ experience within the construction industry, David hosts a comprehensive wealth of knowledge across leadership in construction, property portfolio, facility maintenance and on-site management. David is proficient at all aspects of management, including design, safety, quality assurance and environmental management. When not at work, David treasures time with family and friends and enjoying the simple things in life.

With a background in Architecture, Avril has developed both her local and International experience mainly in the Retail, Commercial and Hospitality Sectors. She plays a key role in the management and development of the Interiors Design Team. Responsible for driving the overall design concepts of a project, across the entire project, Avril ensures they are aligned with the project brief and overall project objectives. She also understands the importance of brand translation into the built form which results in innovative, creative, successful design solutions for clients. Avril’s true passion is Design but when not at work she enjoys good food, park walks and exploring new places.

Nicole Cameron

Nicole is a business professional with over 20 years of commercial experience. She brings with her a wealth of knowledge as well as key contacts from within the industry. With wide exposure in various roles throughout her varied career, Nicole has a penchant for strategy, working closely with her clients to ensure a positive experience.

Outside of the workplace, Nicole enjoys traveling with her husband and daughter. She has a love for cooking shows, despite the admission to still being a hopeless chef! When not with the family, you might spot her at a spin class.
